ION-TOF ToF-SIMS NCS
In 2018 Rice acquired one of the few instruments of its type in the world. Conveniently housed in the Keith Wiess Geological Laboratory building, the ION-TOF Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer is open to users from all departments of Rice.
