  1. Consultation: Contact the lab directors to discuss project feasibility, sample requirements and preparations, opportunity for collaborations
  2. Preparation Guidelines: Detailed protocols for how samples should be dried, weighed, or packed (e.g., inside silver/tin capsules or clear vials) before arriving at Rice. (Probably can be omitted as of now? individual project may have different requirements, these can be discussed via consultation step)

Note: 1) rates are for fiscal year 26-27;2) Cost for sample weighing to capsules or vials are included; 3) grinding or chemical pre-treatment of samples will have extra charges.
